Help to stop smoking

If you want to stop smoking, you are more likely to quit if you use the Hull NHS Stop Smoking Service. The services are free of charge and right on your doorstep.

You’ll get practical help to stop smoking, plus you will receive free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) like patches or gum.

The free services include walk-in clinics, meeting advisors one to one or with others in group sessions, or access the support available on the telephone or online.
