Arrow Customer feedback - Whether we’re good, bad or indifferent we want you to tell us where we are going wrong as well as when we are doing a good job.

Arrow Enterprise Panel - Do you want your say on local matters that affect you and your businesses? Then join the Enterprise Panel.
 
Arrow People's Panel - Do you have ideas about how things could be better or improved? One of the easiest ways for you to have your say is to join the Hull People’s Panel.
 
Arrow Petitions - Create, view or sign a petition to us online, by hand or by post.
 
Arrow Planning applications - Access current planning applications and have your say on proposed planning documents.
 
Arrow School governors - Become a school governor - a rewarding way of having a positive influence on the quality of children's education.
 
Arrow Tenant participation - Get involved in tenant participation and influence the way we deliver our housing services.
 
Arrow Ward forums - Ward forums are your opportunity to have a say in what happens in your area and influence decisions. You can ask questions of your elected members, council officers and other representatives, and to hear their answers.
 
Arrow Whistleblowing - If you believe there is wrongdoing in your workplace or within the public services provided by the council (for example corruption or wrongdoing such as improper, illegal or negligent behaviour), you can report this by following the whistleblowing procedure.
 
Arrow Young People's Parliament and Youth Council - Opportunities for children and young people to come together and debate their issues in a safe, supportive and structured environment.
