Holderness Road Corridor Area Action Plan Adoption Statement

After several rounds of consultation and an examination by Government Planning Inspector, the Holderness Road Corridor action plan was formally adopted by Hull City Council on the 17 March 2011. You can view the adopted plan and other documents below.

Public Notice

This Adoption Statement has been prepared in accordance with Regulation 24(2) and Regulation 36 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 (as amended) and gives notice that Kingston upon Hull City Council resolved to formally adopt the Holderness Road Corridor Area Action Plan Development Plan Document on the 17th March 2011.

Any person who feels aggrieved by the decision of the Council to adopt this DPD may apply to the High Court under section 113 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Any challenge must be made on the grounds that either the document has not been prepared within the powers conferred by Part 2 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 or alternatively that a requirement of the Act or associated Regulations has not been complied with. Any such challenge must be made within six weeks of the date of adoption.
