Flyposting removal

If you have noticed flyposters on any surface in or adjacent to the highway, you can report them and request that we remove them.

How to request a removal

You can request removal of the posters by -

  • telephoning our contact centre on 01482 300 300
  • writing to us using the address at the bottom of this page
  • visiting one of our customer service centres

What happens next

All flyposters are removed within 24 hours, except in the city centre which is two hours. Priority is given to offensive, racist or abusive flyposters.

Removal from private buildings

Any flyposters that need to be removed from a private building must be undertaken with the permission of the owner or agent. They will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to removal. A charge to the owner may apply.
