Adult Social Care Position Statement

This is the Adult Social Care first edition of the Service Market Position Statement (MPS) for the provision of Housing Related Support services.

It represents the start of a dialogue between the council, people who access and use services such as staff, carers, landlords, direct support, homecare providers and wider statutory partner agencies that support our vision for the future. It aims to drive a significant reduction in the number of people at high risk of being displaced from their home. It also seeks to target those people who are hard to reach to offer accommodation solutions that better meet their need.

The statement intends to inform both current and future organisations entering Hull about how to develop local services against specific populations of need, but also to identify further opportunities for the future development and commissioning of services.
