Discover The New Hull

today's Hull
Visitors to today’s Kingston upon Hull are treated to a city that has an upbeat, cosmopolitan feel, proud of its stunning marina, unique visitor attractions, and historic old town. Located on the banks of the River Humber, this magnificent waterfront city boasts a fantastic collection of meeting and event venues, a relaxing atmosphere and a vibrant mix of culture, shopping and nightlife, making Hull the perfect destination for business and pleasure. One of Yorkshire’s key cities, Hull has transformed itself over the last five years and has been described as a gem in Yorkshire’s magnificent crown.

St. Stephens Development

tomorrow's Hull
Due for completion by 2007 Hull city centre is set to be transformed yet again with the biggest, most ambitious city centre redevelopment so far.

The 40 acre St Stephen's development is expected to boost Hull's economy by breathing new life into the Ferensway area of the city centre. A state of the art transport interchange will integrate the existing Grade II listed railway station with a new shopping and leisure complex, a new hotel and residential quarter plus homes for the Hull Truck Theatre and the Albemarle Music Centre.

All will add a dramatic night time landmark to Hull city centre and is expected to create an exciting new attraction for conference delegates, theatre goers and diners alike, confirming Hull as a top destination for conferences and events.
