The benefits of registering for myAccount

This new secure part of our website enables you to access our services online.

Once you set up your profile with your details you won't need to put them in again to make other requests and over the coming months we'll be adding even more online services.

You can use your myAccount to get in touch with us when it's most convenient to you, 24 hours a day, rather than be restricted to office opening times.

You can also track your requests through your account and in most cases, you will find it quicker than telephoning or coming to see us.

The benefits of accessing our services online instead of calling

In order to manage the volume of calls we receive, we deploy a queuing system and while we try our very best to answer calls as quickly as possible, there are peak periods when it may take a little longer than normal. By using our website and logging in to your myAccount, you can access and request a range of council services. You may also find it cheaper than phoning.

If you prefer to speak to a member of our staff, that's not a problem - just telephone us on 01482 300 300, or pop in and see us at our customer service centres.

How to raise your enquiry or request

All of our self service forms are available on the Services tab of myAccount. Find the service you are looking for and select the link to complete the form. Make sure you log in, or set up an account if you do not have one, as this will save you time as your contact details will already be filled in.

If you have set up your myAccount, log in and select the My requests tab. You can then access a list of your active requests and enquiries.
